As the mega-pixel war continues between the major camera manufactures, the next generation of DSLR’s are on the horizon again. Several weeks ago, Canon released the 1D IV. I was not too surprised to see this one coming, although I was expecting more resolution (mega-pixels). But what was nice, this camera was released with HD-Video. That was cool (like the 5D MKII). Which make me wonder, what will the 1Ds IV have in store? I like the idea of having an HD-Video-DSLR combo. One element that is lacking in this first generation HD-Video-DSLR combo’s is the ability to auto focus. The Nikonian’s are one up with their introduction of the world’s first HD-Video-DSLR combo that auto focuses.
